Cooker CK1500
Description
Our CK1500 cooker permits continuous cooking of open food. It is modular – making it optimal for different tasks. The CK1500 is available as a free-standing plant or can be integrated into an entire cooking line.
The CK1500 cooks products gently in the plant in spite of its high hourly output. The plant does not require any mechanical parts in the water bath.
Plant operation is modern and user-friendly, facilitating monitoring of the cooking process. The recorded process parameters can be called off easily from the plant for quality assurance.
The integrated automatic CIP cleaning allows cleaning of the CK1500 with minimal effort, eliminating unnecessary costs for energy and cleaning agents. The insulated cooking tub also makes the CK1500 an energy-efficient cooker.
