The compact continuous cooker CK800

Staedler has developed, produced, and commissioned a new compact continuous cooker.

The CK800 incorporates the experience of the traditional Marinox brand, combining it with modern mechanical engineering and automation technology. It was particularly important that the plant be quick to clean and very easy to operate when designing the CK800. The plant is the first to be manufactured by Staedler as a serial product.
The products to be boiled fall into the plant’s sump and are fed into the paddle apparatus via the adjustable flow. The products are then cooked in the plant with the previously set time and discharged at the end. There, a conveyor belt takes over the cooked products.
